Home ed maths and tree I. D. Day !

So Carol had us booked on this organised home ed day in Delamere forest, combining maths and tree identification.  Excellent.  She paid in advance and was picking us up, so I gave it not a thought. Just bought a picnic lunch . It’s the hottest day in the universe, so I was not really looking forward to a day in the forest with “someone” constantly complaining and asking if it’s time to go home….

So imagine my extasy when we arrived and we didn’t have to accompany the boys! ๐Ÿ˜Žhallelujah!๐Ÿพ๐Ÿธ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŽ€

So Carol and I went to nearby Lady Heyes, just outside Frodsham. I went on my birthday a couple of years ago.

It’s a Reet ladies day out! Antique shops, cafe, giftshop, crafts, etc etc.

We had a good ol’ browse.

It has glamping there, which I  am interested in trying.

And then we drove to the fancy village of Frodsham, looked in a lot of 2nd hand shops and had a nice sandwich in a pub.

What a nice change from what I had been expecting!

The boys seemed to have enjoyed themselves too.
