Scenes from New Brighton

this morning the boiler man came for the annual service. Then Ruby and I went for a walk along the prom at New Brighton.  I’ve been wanting to for weeks.

Obviously we popped into Coasters, the new project of Anthony from Fruit and Fibres. He showed me around, the downstairs which isn’t fitted yet, he’s going to have a snug and a room at the back in which he thinks I might teach some crafts one day!

It’s not a terribly exciting view here but a couple of times we could actually smell the sea! And there’s a nice breeze. Ruby doesn’t do sand, so we stayed up on the path.

We had an ice cream and walked up these steps.

The front of Coasters. It’s nice!

Lola has been doing cafe work experience at Fruit And Fibres again today. The boys have been happy on the Wii U.
